Mohammed VI Football Academy Hosts U19 Tournament in Rabat
The highly anticipated 8th edition of the international U19 tournament organized by the Mohammed VI Football Academy is set to take place from April 22 to April 26 in Rabat, the capital of Morocco. This year, the tournament introduces a new format, expanding the number of participating teams from twelve to an impressive sixteen. Among the teams invited to compete is Hajduk, who will embark on a lengthy journey on Monday to join the competition.
This year’s tournament promises to be a thrilling event, featuring not only Hajduk and the host team, Académie Mohammed VI, but also notable Moroccan clubs such as FUS Rabat and RS Berkane. In addition to these local teams, a diverse lineup of clubs from Europe, South America, and Asia will also participate, including prestigious teams like AS Monaco, Stade Rennais, Villarreal CF, Nottingham Forest, Leeds United, Como 1907, AZ Alkmaar, Vitória SC, Boca Juniors, Palmeiras, Al-Ain FC, and Aspire Academy.
