Casablanca Stock Exchange Experiences Continued Decline
On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, the Casablanca Stock Exchange registered its second consecutive session in the red, with the MASI index closing down by 0.11% at 18,563.40 points. This decline has contributed to an overall underperformance of -1.50% since the beginning of the year. The MASI 20 index, which includes the major listed capitalizations, mirrored this trend, decreasing by 0.10% to settle at 1,316.32 points, further extending its annual decline to -11.40%.
Trading volumes remained subdued, totaling 237 million dirhams. The leading performer in terms of transactions was Managem, with a turnover of 49 million dirhams, despite a slight decrease of 0.73%, bringing its price down to 16,975 dirhams. TGCC followed closely, recording 39.7 million dirhams in traded volume, down by 0.80% to 742 dirhams. In contrast, Alliances Développement Immobilier (ADI) saw an increase of 1.05%, reaching 377 dirhams on a volume of 33.9 million dirhams.
Among the biggest gainers, Oulmès surged by 5.56% to 1,290 dirhams, while Crédit du Maroc gained 4% to reach 1,040 dirhams. By the end of the trading session, the total market capitalization of the Casablanca Stock Exchange was recorded at 1,081 billion dirhams.
