Agathe Lélu's New Role at Arthur D. Little

Arthur D. Little (ADL) has recently appointed Agathe Lélu as the head of its communications in France and Morocco. This significant move comes after Lélu's departure from Roland Berger in late 2019, where she had a distinguished career managing communications and marketing across various sectors, beyond just strategy consulting. Her extensive experience includes developing media relations and overseeing corporate communication activities, making her a valuable asset for ADL.

During her tenure at Roland Berger, which began in 2006, Lélu played a pivotal role in enhancing the firm’s media presence. She was promoted to Head of Marketing and Public Relations in 2007, and later became the Director of Communications for France as well as the Head of Regional Communication for Southern Europe in 2016. In this capacity, she was responsible for leading a team of seven and coordinated communication efforts across several European offices, including those in Belgium, Spain, and Italy, while also supporting operations in Casablanca, Africa, and Montreal.

A Diverse Career Path in Communication and Marketing

After leaving Roland Berger in early 2020, Lélu transitioned to a stealth-mode startup specializing in artificial intelligence as the Vice President of Communications and Marketing. Here, she was instrumental in launching the company into the market, focusing on brand strategy, media relations, digital initiatives, and marketing acquisition. This experience aligned with a trend of former Roland Berger professionals entering the AI ecosystem, exemplified by Charles-Édouard Bouée, the former global head of the firm, who became president of Augustus Intelligence.

From 2021 to late 2023, Lélu served as the Head of Marketing and Communication at Theodo, a technology services company, where she managed comprehensive marketing and communication activities. Most recently, since May 2024, she has been working as an independent communications consultant, supporting various organizations, including Synertrade, a software publisher specializing in procurement, and a publishing house dedicated to business literature.

Lélu's professional journey also includes her role as an administrator and member of the executive committee of the Association of Communicators, a professional organization for communication professionals, and her recent membership in Comète since October 2024. She holds a degree in contemporary history and international relations from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and has completed a marketing and digital training program at HEC Paris in 2018.
