Job Descriptions and Requirements
1. **Talent Acquisition Specialist**: This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and integrating top talent while also managing onboarding and employer branding initiatives. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with a minimum of four years of recruitment experience.
2. **International Trade Advisor**: Reporting to the International Trade Manager, this position aims to enhance the bank's commercial activities internationally. A Master’s degree in Finance or Management is required, along with at least two years of experience in international trade.
3. **Senior Risk Analyst - Large Corporates**: This role supports the Risk Management Department as a second line of defense in credit requests. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Finance and a minimum of three years of experience in credit risk analysis or as a corporate account manager.
4. **AI Engineer**: The ideal candidate will design and build AI-native applications, incorporating Generative AI into robust, scalable solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, FastAPI, and React is essential, along with experience in AI development environments.
