In a significant law enforcement operation, officers from the seventh security district in the Mohammedia neighborhood of Marrakech apprehended an individual with a criminal record last Wednesday night. The suspect was caught in the act of distributing the illegal alcoholic beverage known as "Maa Al-Hayat" (Water of Life) at the entrance of the Mohammed VI University Hospital, located in the "Aash Belarj" area.
This operation was the result of a meticulous surveillance plan that led to the detention of the suspect, who was found in possession of 20 liters of the aforementioned substance, prepared for sale. Additionally, a sum of money believed to be proceeds from this illegal activity was also seized.
Following the arrest, the individual was taken to the police station to complete the necessary legal procedures. The suspect has since been transferred to the provincial judicial police department under the directives of the public prosecutor's office for further investigation. This step aims to uncover the full extent of his criminal activities before he is brought before the court.
