Inwi’s Commitment to Fiber Optic Integration

Inwi, a leading telecom operator in Morocco, has officially kicked off the second edition of the "Fiber Optics Caravan by inwi" in Agadir. Following the resounding success of the inaugural edition, this caravan will journey through various cities across the Kingdom, engaging with professionals in the real estate and construction sectors. This initiative underscores inwi's ongoing commitment to accelerating the integration of fiber optics in new constructions and democratizing access to high-speed internet throughout Morocco.

This year, the caravan places a particular emphasis on training and raising awareness among industry professionals. At each stop, roundtable discussions and workshops will delve into the technical and regulatory challenges associated with telecom infrastructure, as well as best practices for deploying fiber optics. This approach aims to ensure that future property buyers can benefit from a high-quality, scalable, and tailor-made internet connection upon moving into their new homes.

Strengthening Partnerships and Knowledge Sharing

The first event, themed around "The Dynamics of the Real Estate Market in Agadir and the Challenges of the New Regulatory Framework on Fiber Optics," convened regional stakeholders from the construction, real estate, and architecture sectors to discuss regulatory developments and their impacts on new constructions. A notable highlight of this meeting was the signing of a partnership agreement between inwi and MOUBINA IMMOBILIER, signifying their shared commitment to enhancing the role of fiber optics in new buildings and contributing to the development of increasingly connected living environments. Additionally, a second agreement was signed with the Regional Council of the Southern Order of Architects.

Following Agadir, the "Fiber Optics Caravan by inwi" will continue its journey to Casablanca and then to Tangier, with events designed to bring experts together, share experiences, and assist professionals in evolving their practices. This latest edition builds upon the foundation laid by the first national tour of the "Fiber Optics Caravan by inwi," which successfully mobilized industry professionals around the challenges of integrating fiber optics in new constructions, while fostering dialogue and establishing numerous strategic partnerships within the ecosystem.

Through the second edition of the "Fiber Optics Caravan by inwi," the operator reiterates its commitment to democratizing access to ultra-high-speed internet nationwide, while affirming its role as a partner to real estate and construction professionals in supporting the emergence of ever more connected cities and buildings.
