Clarification from INDUSTRICOM GROUP Regarding SAKANKOM Events
In light of the incidents that occurred during the inaugural edition of the SAKANKOM International Real Estate Fair, INDUSTRICOM GROUP, the official organizer of the event, wishes to inform its partners, exhibitors, visitors, and the public about the following matters:
Reported Incidents
During the fair, an individual not associated with INDUSTRICOM GROUP engaged in direct solicitation of several exhibitors and partners, disrupting the activities at certain booths. This individual is concurrently developing a competing event in the real estate sector in Agadir. Furthermore, they attempted to mislead various stakeholders, including partners of our group, by falsely claiming to be part of the SAKANKOM organizing committee and asserting that they were in discussions with INDUSTRICOM GROUP.
It is important to clarify that SAKANKOM is an event that is designed, financed, organized, and operated exclusively by INDUSTRICOM GROUP, with the support of its institutional and private partners. To date, INDUSTRICOM GROUP has had no commercial, legal, or any other form of relationship with this individual. There have been no conversations, agreements, or partnerships established between INDUSTRICOM GROUP and this person. Any individual or entity claiming to be an organizer, co-organizer, or official representative of SAKANKOM without explicit authorization is acting without any mandate and bears sole responsibility for their actions.
Responsibility and Vigilance
INDUSTRICOM GROUP disclaims any responsibility for any transactions, agreements, or actions undertaken by third parties with this individual, as they do not represent our group or the SAKANKOM fair in any way. We urge all partners, exhibitors, investors, and professionals in the sector to exercise caution and to systematically verify the source of any solicitation claiming to be from SAKANKOM or INDUSTRICOM GROUP. INDUSTRICOM GROUP reserves the right to take all appropriate measures, including legal action, to protect the interests of the fair, its partners, and its reputation.
