Free Recruiting Events for Bus Drivers in Morocco to Address Workforce Shortage

Free Recruitment Opportunities for Bus Companies in Morocco

Bus operators seeking to recruit drivers have a unique opportunity to participate in one of four complimentary recruiting events organized by Capa Transport & Mobility, a personnel service provider based in Mainz, Germany. Scheduled for October, these events will be hosted in Rabat, Morocco, where companies facing a driver shortage can explore the recruitment and training systems available for bus drivers. Each event will feature around 100 candidates eager to engage in personal interviews and test drives, allowing participating companies to finalize employment contracts on-site.

The recruitment event not only offers free participation, including an insightful program and local visits, but it also provides an additional incentive for bus companies. Each participating firm will receive a recruitment voucher valued at €500 for their next driver recruitment, plus an exclusive bonus of €300 for readers of OMNIBUSREVUE. This means that each participating company stands to gain a total of €800 in initial funding to enhance their driver recruitment efforts.

According to Capa Transport & Mobility, the Moroccan candidates are highly motivated to relocate to Germany and possess language skills at a minimum of B1 level. With approximately 100 candidates available for discussion and driving assessments at each event, companies convinced by the candidates can expedite their hiring process by signing contracts directly on-site.
