The role of the Marketing Manager / Community Manager in Marrakech involves driving the establishment's visibility, digital communication, and online community engagement. Responsibilities include developing the establishment's digital presence, managing content and social media interactions, overseeing communication and promotional actions, ensuring brand image consistency, and monitoring campaign performance with recommendations for adjustments.

The Food & Beverage Manager in Marrakech is tasked with supervising dining activities and ensuring high-quality service offerings. This includes managing restaurant and beverage operations, maintaining standards of quality and hygiene, supervising teams and operational organization, tracking departmental performance metrics, and enhancing the customer experience.

The Finance Manager role in Marrakech focuses on financial oversight and budgeting for the establishment, including supervising financial and accounting operations, managing budgets and cost controls, producing necessary analyses and reports, ensuring adherence to internal financial procedures, and contributing to financial performance optimization.

The IT Manager position involves ensuring the availability and reliability of the establishment's computer systems. Responsibilities include supervising IT infrastructure, ensuring the functionality of tools and applications, providing support for technical incidents, maintaining system security and continuity, and participating in technological advancements.

Meanwhile, in Casablanca, the Project Purchasing Manager will handle project-related purchases, ensuring strategic supply chain management by identifying project needs, consulting and negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders and deliveries, optimizing costs, and coordinating with project teams. The Rooftop Outlet Manager will manage daily operations, supervise staff, ensure service quality, monitor commercial performance, and uphold hygiene standards. The Cybersecurity Manager will focus on enhancing information system security, identifying vulnerabilities, implementing protective measures, and fostering awareness of best practices among staff. Lastly, the Project Engineer will assist in technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
