Available Positions
Sales Administration Technician – Casablanca
This position focuses on the administrative processing of services, managing orders, and handling invoicing, all within a structured environment that requires collaboration with several internal departments. Ideal candidates should be organized, meticulous, and proficient with commercial and administrative management tools. Responsibilities include creating and managing client files in the ERP system, recording and tracking client orders, generating and verifying invoices, managing purchase orders and delivery notes, and ensuring timely follow-ups on client payments.
Applicants should have a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in management, administration, commerce, or a related field, alongside a minimum of one year of experience in sales administration, invoicing, or commercial management. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential, and experience with ERP or invoicing software is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Sales Representatives – Marrakech and Laâyoune
Reporting to the Network Management, these positions aim to enhance the revenue generation of the New CAT Heavy Equipment department within their respective regions. Suitable candidates will have a hands-on approach, capable of developing client portfolios, representing the brand, and overseeing the entire sales cycle in a defined geographical area. Responsibilities will include developing and nurturing client relationships, conducting daily visits to professional and individual clients, identifying and prospecting new clients, and proposing tailored solutions across technical, commercial, and financial aspects.
Applicants for these roles should possess a Bac+2 to Bac+4 degree in technical, commerce, management, or a similar field, with at least four years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within the construction, mining, or industrial sectors. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and communication, along with the ability to provide both verbal and written reports. Familiarity with the CAT brand and its products will be advantageous.
