Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include managing and following up on customer calls, clearly presenting the company's services in a professional manner, assisting clients with their requests, and ensuring customer loyalty. You will also contribute to the company’s commercial development through interactions with customers and prospects, enhance the quality of telephone interactions, and maintain the company’s positive image.
To qualify for this role, candidates must be punctual, possess strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills, exhibit commercial acumen, and demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and commitment. While previous experience in a call center is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should be capable of working within a structured environment and have a strong sense of customer engagement.
