LOGIPARC 2: A Strategic Investment in Logistics

On April 7, 2026, Abdessamad Kayouh, the Minister of Transport and Logistics, inaugurated LOGIPARC 2, a state-of-the-art industrial and logistics park located in Bouskoura, within the Casablanca-Settat region. This ambitious project represents an investment exceeding 200 million dirhams and is aimed at enhancing Morocco's national logistics infrastructure while bolstering the country’s economic competitiveness. Spanning an impressive 25,000 square meters, LOGIPARC 2 is designed to meet modern industrial standards, featuring advanced building heights, soil resistance, and handling equipment tailored to the needs of various industrial activities.

Facilitating Economic Growth and Job Creation

LOGIPARC 2 is strategically positioned near essential roadways and highways linking Casablanca to other major cities in Morocco, as well as being in close proximity to Mohammed V Airport and the port of Casablanca. These advantageous locations significantly enhance its appeal to both domestic and international investors. The site offers ready-to-use units that come equipped with essential connectivity and maintenance services, providing operational flexibility to businesses. Furthermore, the park’s design allows for customization to meet the specific requirements of different companies, thereby fostering a versatile operational environment that can adapt to changing market demands.

In his address, Minister Kayouh also highlighted the progress of several key projects, including the Zenata–Nouaceur logistics corridor, which aims to connect the northern and southern parts of the Casablanca metropolis. Construction work on the Oulad Saleh logistics zone is expected to be completed by summer 2026, while the integrated industrial and logistics platform in Zenata has already commenced. The establishment of modern, flexible, and resilient logistics infrastructures is crucial for Morocco to navigate the evolving global economy, characterized by price volatility and supply chain disruptions. These investments not only aim to position Morocco as a regional hub linking African and European markets but also facilitate its integration into international value chains and create numerous job opportunities, particularly for small and medium enterprises, while promoting sustainable development.

Developed by Tijara Développement through its subsidiary LOGIPARC, this project continues the momentum established by the first LOGIPARC, which was launched in 2016 on a 2.5-hectare site with 11,100 square meters of covered space divided into eight modules. LOGIPARC 2 encompasses 5.5 hectares, offering nearly 25,000 square meters of covered space across 23 modular units ranging from 920 to 2,200 square meters, thereby catering to the diverse needs of industrial and logistics operators.
