Ideal candidates should hold a relevant degree from a prestigious business or engineering school, possess at least five years of significant experience in management control, and ideally have a background in real estate development or construction.
On the other hand, the two Senior Legal Advisors will focus on managing litigation and pre-litigation matters for the company. Their responsibilities will include overseeing all legal cases, coordinating with external lawyers, and ensuring compliance with court decisions. Candidates should have a law degree and at least five years of experience in corporate law, with expertise in managing complex litigation procedures and a strong understanding of real estate law. Those with experience in law firms will have an added advantage.
