SOS Children's Villages Morocco is currently seeking to fill four important roles across various locations, including Dakhla, Casablanca, and Aït Ourir. The organization is on the lookout for a Program Manager for the SOS Children's Village in Dakhla, a Financial Manager, and a Partnership Manager in Casablanca, as well as a Social Assistant in Aït Ourir. Roles and Responsibilities Overview
The Program Manager at the SOS Children's Village in Dakhla will be responsible for leading the village, coordinating its activities, and ensuring its overall development in line with the organization's policies and values. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing the strategic directions of the village, overseeing social, educational, and administrative activities, managing teams while ensuring the quality of support provided to children and youth, and nurturing relationships with local and institutional partners. Applicants for this position should hold a Master's degree in social sciences, education, project management, or a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in managing social, educational, or child protection programs.
In Casablanca, the Financial Manager will oversee and enhance the overall financial management of the association. This role includes supervising accounting, budgeting, and financial activities, securing financial procedures to ensure compliance, developing budgets and forecasts, and managing a team dedicated to the financial function. Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or management, with five to ten years of experience in financial management.
Meanwhile, the Partnership Manager will focus on developing relationships with businesses, public institutions, and other potential partners to expand the organization's reach. Responsibilities include identifying new partners, developing partnerships, assisting in business plan development, and maintaining existing partner relationships. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in development, international relations, or a related field, along with three years of relevant experience, is required for this role.
Lastly, the Social Assistant in Aït Ourir will play a vital role in preparing beneficiary admissions and developing partnerships with community social services. Responsibilities include coordinating with social services, developing local partnerships, and supporting SOS mothers and caregivers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in law, sociology, social work, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in a similar organization.
