Partnership Manager for the FFP Program
Based in Casablanca, this position requires an individual who can lead the strategy for partnerships related to the loyalty program, develop the partner portfolio, and ensure the profitability of operations. Key responsibilities include defining the strategy and operational objectives for Royal Air Maroc’s FFP partnerships, recruiting new partners according to the company’s strategy, revitalizing existing partnerships, and monitoring operational activities linked to these partnerships to drive continuous improvement. Candidates must hold a Bac+5 degree from a business school or equivalent, specialized in digital marketing, communication, e-business, or IT, and have a significant 2 to 3 years of experience in digital content management, web quality assurance, or performance analysis on online platforms. A strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in both French and English are essential.
Quality Manager
Also based in Casablanca, the Quality Manager will ensure the reliability of processes and data within the Safar Flyer program while contributing to continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing operational activities of the loyalty program, ensuring data reliability in the Safar Flyer database, managing service providers and contractors, and implementing quality improvement actions. Candidates should have a Bac+5 degree in Quality, Customer Relationship Management, Statistics/Data, or Performance Management, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant fields. Proficiency in quality tools and methods, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a large team are crucial for this role.
