In its pursuit of growth, Emirates Logistics Morocco is actively recruiting for two positions of Technico-Commerciaux Spécialistes, specifically located in Tangier and Casablanca. These roles are designed for professionals who possess the capability to develop a client portfolio, manage commercial relationships, and directly contribute to the growth of the business within the transport and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities and Candidate Profile

The responsibilities associated with these positions are diverse and pivotal for the company's success. Successful candidates will be tasked with actively prospecting new clients and identifying new business opportunities, while tailoring commercial approaches to meet the specific needs of potential clients. They will also respond to tenders and create competitive offers in alignment with market demands, develop and maintain a client portfolio in logistics activities, and oversee client relationships by monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting business reviews.

Furthermore, collaboration with operational teams is essential to ensure the quality of service delivered to clients. Candidates will also be responsible for tracking commercial performance, contributing to the achievement of set objectives, managing collections, and ensuring that commercial commitments are met. Representing the company to clients and partners with a results-oriented approach is crucial, as is contributing to the acceleration of commercial development within the logistics market.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a degree ranging from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in commerce, logistics, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding. Proficiency in prospecting techniques, business development, and negotiation is necessary, as well as a proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a strong results orientation, autonomy, diligence, and commercial acumen. Fluency in both French and English is required, while knowledge of Spanish is considered an additional asset. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, demanding, and performance-oriented environment is essential.
