E-Job Project in Agadir: A Case Study on Labor Market Mediation
The master's thesis presented at Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech focused on the topic "Mediation in the Labor Market: A Case Study of the E-Job Project Managed by the Khidmati Association in Agadir." This study, conducted by student Asia Zayed under the supervision of Dr. Omar Abourk, aimed to highlight the critical role of mediation in the labor market, particularly how it facilitates job seekers' access to employment opportunities. The research specifically analyzed the E-Job initiative overseen by the Khidmati Association in the city of Agadir.
The study explored the operational mechanisms of the project, the services it provides to beneficiaries, and its effectiveness in enhancing employability while narrowing the gap between job seekers and employers. Utilizing a qualitative methodology, the researcher conducted interviews and analyzed field data to gain a deeper understanding of the project's efficacy and the challenges it faces. The findings also included several recommendations aimed at strengthening the role of mediation in supporting employment policies within Morocco.
