Roles and Responsibilities of Management Controllers

The positions are aimed at strengthening BRICOMA's financial management team, focusing on performance monitoring across stores, ensuring the reliability of management data, and improving activity tracking tools. The first role, based in Rabat, entails analyzing performance and profitability indicators for the stores in the region, identifying discrepancies between targets and actual results, proposing corrective actions tailored to field needs, and implementing effective management and reporting tools. Additionally, the controller will assist store managers in monitoring their activities, participate in enhancing management processes, ensure the quality of data used in reports, and produce financial and commercial reports within set deadlines.

For the second position located in the Southern region, specifically covering Agadir and Marrakech, the responsibilities mirror those of the Rabat role but are tailored to the specific dynamics of the southern market. The successful candidate will track performance indicators and profitability for the southern stores, analyze observed variances, recommend necessary corrective actions, and contribute to optimizing the financial information system.

Both roles require candidates to possess a Bac+5 degree in audit, management control, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in management control. Experience in the retail or large distribution sector is highly valued. Proficiency in audit and management control processes, along with strong IT skills and the ability to analyze data effectively, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, initiative, and excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with operational teams.
