This role involves driving HR strategy across Morocco, focusing on business partnering, compliance, social relations management, and governance. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic HR advisor, supporting teams with HR issues, overseeing talent management, performance, culture, and engagement, managing social relations, and ensuring adherence to Moroccan labor laws and internal policies.
Candidates should possess a university degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, along with 7 to 10 years of HR experience, including a proven track record in HRBP roles. Familiarity with Moroccan labor law and experience in both corporate and retail environments are essential. Proficiency in SAP or SuccessFactors will be advantageous, as will fluency in French, English, and Arabic.
The Sales Associate role located in Agadir focuses on customer engagement, sales, and support within the store. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, achieving sales targets, applying brand service standards, and assisting customers with product features and benefits. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 months of experience in retail, good communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Lastly, the Senior Specialist Retail Inventory Controller position involves overseeing stock management across systems, stores, and warehouses. Responsibilities include producing inventory reports, analyzing stock rotations, and conducting audits. Candidates should hold a university degree and have 3 to 4 years of experience in retail inventory control, preferably in the sports or consumer goods sectors.
