The train services heading to the vibrant city of Marrakech will experience temporary disruptions from April 21 to April 23, due to ongoing construction work on the high-speed rail line connecting Kenitra and Marrakech, as confirmed by the National Office of Railways.
According to the same source, starting from April 21 at 11:00 PM until the same time on April 23, trains will not stop at Marrakech station. Instead, the Sidi Ibrahim station will serve as a temporary departure and arrival point for all journeys during this period.
To ensure the continuity of transportation, the office will provide buses to transport passengers between Sidi Ibrahim and Marrakech stations, alongside adjustments to the train schedules. In this context, the departure times of trains from Marrakech will be moved forward by one hour to ensure connectivity with other lines, while the buses will facilitate the link from Sidi Ibrahim to Marrakech.
Normal train operations to and from Marrakech are expected to resume on April 24, as confirmed by the National Office of Railways.
