The residents of Ouled Karan, a locality within the commune of Saâda, have formally reached out to the Wali of the Marrakech-Safi region, urging immediate action to include their area in the clean drinking water supply program. The community's struggle with access to potable water has persisted since 2017, a situation that has only worsened in recent years due to rising temperatures, dwindling water resources, and the drying up of wells. This dire situation has severely impacted the living, health, and social conditions of the families involved.

In their official request, the residents expressed their frustration over the lack of progress, highlighting their reliance on dialogue and patience in hopes of achieving a lasting solution. They are puzzled by the exclusion of their community from the water supply project while neighboring areas have benefited from similar initiatives.
