Celebrating Creativity and Talent in Casablanca
The grand finale of the 2026 edition of Orange Talents took place on Saturday, August 22, in the vibrant Nevada Square of Casablanca, marking the culmination of a dynamic summer tour that traversed several cities across Morocco. This lively festival made notable stops in cities including Agadir, El Jadida, Mahdia, Nador, Tangier, and Essaouira, featuring a rich tapestry of sports competitions, gaming activities, and musical performances that captivated audiences.
The event showcased an exhilarating 1vs1 freestyle football competition where participants engaged in thrilling matches leading up to the crowning of Naoufal Boumina as the champion of the 2026 Orange Koora Talents edition. Additionally, the eSports segment focused on the popular game EA Sports FC, culminating in a nail-biting finale in Casablanca where Sami Ilyas Benkhlifa emerged victorious, securing a professional contract with Team xProjekt, a partner of Orange Morocco.
A Night of Music and Emerging Talent
The finale evening was further enriched by a concert featuring both established and emerging artists. Renowned singer-songwriter Mehdi Mozayine and chaabi artist Statia performed alongside young talents from the Orange Music Talents 2026 program. The musical competition concluded with Wadie Ismail from Tangier winning the title of Orange Music Talents for his powerful rendition of "La Teloumouni." Additionally, the "Orange Favorite" award was presented to Zeyn, a Belgian-Moroccan artist based in Morocco.
In conjunction with the competitions and concerts, Orange set up a village at Nevada Square offering workshops focused on responsible digital practices.
