Marrakech's Strategic Road Expansion Initiative
The Marrakech municipality is set to launch a significant road construction project aimed at enhancing connectivity in the region. This ambitious initiative will focus on the area between the southern neighborhoods of Mahamid and Bouakkaz. The project is designed to alleviate numerous traffic issues, ultimately improving access between Mahamid and various districts within the city. In a bid to underscore the project's importance, the municipality has allocated a substantial budget exceeding 80.3 million dirhams, which translates to approximately 8 billion dirhams. This funding reflects the local government's commitment to improving infrastructure and fostering better transportation networks within Marrakech.
