Ennismore, in partnership with YAMED, the real estate development platform of Ynexis Group, has announced the signing of the Delano Marrakech Hotel & Residences. This landmark agreement signifies Delano's inaugural venture onto the African continent, positioning Marrakech as a pivotal location within the brand's international expansion, alongside other global hotspots such as Miami and Dubai. According to a joint statement from Ennismore and YAMED, this collaboration is a strategic advancement not only for the partners involved but also for the city of Marrakech itself. It reinforces Ennismore's belief that Marrakech rightfully belongs to the elite circle of the world's premier luxury tourism destinations.

This vision is coming to fruition through its collaboration with the Delano brand, known for its unique positioning and international acclaim, which has been crucial in shaping this exquisite project.

The brand is currently writing a new chapter in its international expansion, with highly anticipated openings in iconic destinations including Miami, London, New York, and now Marrakech. The Delano Marrakech Hotel & Residences will boast a prime location at the epicenter of Marrakech's major cultural sites and tourist attractions, including the picturesque medina and the tranquil Majorelle Garden, all framed by the majestic Atlas Mountains. This unique complex embodies the dynamic nature of Marrakech, where heritage, landscape, and contemporary living harmoniously intertwine, in close proximity to prestigious golf courses such as the Royal Golf Marrakech and the Amelkis Golf Club. In addition to approximately 80 residential villas, the Delano Hotel & Residences will ultimately feature 130 rooms, which will include stunning suites and private villas.
Delano's signature style, characterized by contemporary design infused with whimsical touches, will blend seamlessly with locally inspired architecture and landscaping, creating a perfect harmony between interiors and exteriors. As is customary at Delano, the main pool will be a central gathering place, soaked in sunlight for leisurely days, while transitioning to a more sophisticated ambiance in the evening. The project has been entrusted to Elastic Architects, a renowned architecture and interior design firm, collaborating with Ennismore and YAMED's internal teams. The Delano residences are set to be available for sale by the end of 2026, ahead of the hotel’s opening in 2030.
