The celebrated wedding planner, Héloïse Agelou, who also organized Spice Girl Mel B's wedding, encapsulated the essence of the occasion by stating that the capital city of Rabat imbued the celebration with a grace reminiscent of a Bridgerton-inspired love story, reimagined through the vibrant lenses of Indian and Moroccan traditions. Sheffali and Nikhil’s love story began at King’s College London, where their paths frequently crossed until Nikhil finally mustered the courage to ask Sheffali out on a date. "That was the beginning of our journey together," she fondly recalls.

Sheffali noted that while the two cultures are distinct, they share a profound appreciation for color, detail, hospitality, and artistry. Sunita Patel, the groom's mother, remarked on the unique design and the emotive ambiance it evoked, highlighting the unforgettable atmosphere of the evening.

Sheffali donned a breathtaking red and gold lehenga designed by the renowned Sabyasachi, while Nikhil opted for a sophisticated sherwani from London-based Sonas Couture.
