Intensive Learning Experience at EPIK Summer Academy
From June 25 to 29, 2026, the vibrant city of Agadir will host the second edition of the EPIK Summer Academy at Lunja Village. This event is spearheaded by the Pan-African association EPIK Leaders, which specializes in leadership development and human capital transformation. The academy aims to gather 200 participants from over 20 African countries, focusing on innovation, skill development, and intercontinental collaboration. After a successful inaugural edition, the program returns with enhanced ambitions, targeting students, young entrepreneurs, and associative leaders. Over the course of five days, attendees will engage in an intensive in-person program that emphasizes experiential learning, peer exchanges, and collaborative work scenarios.
This year, the central theme revolves around leveraging artificial intelligence for leadership. Titled "Next-Gen Africa: The Artificial Intelligence Playbook for Leadership", the program intends to highlight the adoption of disruptive technologies by African youth. Anticipated panels include intriguing discussions such as "The Code of Tomorrow: Can African Youth Build the Next AI Revolution?" and "The Infinite Game: Performance and Well-being in the Age of Artificial Intelligence", allowing participants to delve into the role of AI in the socio-economic development of the continent and the evolution of leadership models.
Comprehensive and Structured Program
The intensive curriculum built on the concept of learning by doing will cater to at least 200 participants who will experience a structured journey that combines training, experimentation, and collective intelligence. The program includes international training and certifications in Project Management, Team Management, and Impact Communication, with certification opportunities from prestigious institutions such as Harvard and Oxford. A personal development module will facilitate self-awareness through the Innermetrix® psychometric assessment
