Devastating Incident Involving Agricultural Workers
A horrifying traffic incident occurred in Ain Taoujdat, a locality in the province of Hajeb, on Thursday, resulting in the overturning of a large Ford vehicle carrying approximately 20 seasonal agricultural workers. This tragic event left 18 individuals with varying degrees of injuries, adding to the alarming toll of road accidents in the region.
Following the incident, emergency vehicles from civil protection and local police rushed to the scene to transport the injured individuals. They were received at the regional hospital of Crown Prince Moulay Hassan in Hajeb, where they received initial medical attention. Subsequently, six individuals in critical condition were transferred to the Hassan II University Hospital in Fes due to the severity of their injuries, which predominantly affected their heads and limbs.
