Devastating Incident in Ain Taoujdat
Recently, the community of Ain Taoujdat, located in the region of Hajeb, witnessed a horrific traffic accident when a large Ford vehicle overturned, transporting approximately 20 seasonal agricultural workers. This tragic event resulted in injuries to 18 individuals, some of whom sustained serious wounds, adding to the alarming statistics of road accidents in the area.
In response to this disaster, ambulances from the Civil Protection and local police quickly arrived at the scene to assist. The injured were transported to the regional hospital of Crown Prince Moulay Hassan in Hajeb for immediate medical attention. Following initial treatments, six critically injured patients were transferred to the Hassan II University Hospital in Fes due to the severity of their injuries, which primarily affected their heads and limbs.
