T2S IPO Sees Unprecedented Demand from Investors
The recent Initial Public Offering (IPO) of T2S has generated extraordinary interest, achieving an impressive oversubscription rate of 43.75 times. Over 110,000 investors expressed their eagerness to become shareholders of the group, as the demand for shares far surpassed the number available in the market. According to Nasser Seddiqi, the General Director of the Casablanca Stock Exchange, this remarkable demand was highlighted during the first listing ceremony. The total subscriptions reached an astounding 48.12 billion Moroccan Dirhams, with requests for 215,814,160 shares, yet the satisfaction rate for investors stood at a mere 2.29%. This significant disparity between demand and available shares underscores the robust interest in T2S and reflects the growing appetite among investors for promising market opportunities.
