Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from inception to execution and final closure.
- Overseeing financial management, including tracking profit and loss, margins, and invoicing.
- Monitoring project timelines to ensure contractual deadlines are met.
- Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and project partners.
- Handling contractual aspects, such as amendments and claims.
- Ensuring quality of work and compliance with QSE standards.
- Maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
This position is aimed at technical profiles capable of balancing operational management, financial oversight, and project leadership. Candidates should possess:
- A degree in thermal engineering, energy, electromechanics, construction, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or technical business management.
