Gipuzkoa's Commercial Mission to Morocco
A total of 20 companies from the Gipuzkoa region have embarked on a commercial mission to Morocco, organized by the Provincial Council and the Gipuzkoa Chamber of Commerce. This initiative aims to explore new business opportunities in Morocco, with scheduled visits to key companies operating within the country and meetings with institutional agents continuing until Thursday. The organizers have emphasized that Morocco has emerged as a "strategic market in North Africa," bolstered by significant economic growth over recent years and its pivotal geographical position as a bridge between Europe and Africa.

Among the sectors identified as having the most potential for establishing commercial relationships are automotive, aerospace, renewable energy, logistics, and infrastructure. These sectors present promising prospects for investment, industrial cooperation, and business development, as noted by both the Chamber of Commerce and the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa. Participating companies include a diverse array of industry leaders such as Talleres Arreche, Silam, Ibarmia, Algeposa, Euskabea, Gurelan, Cauchopren, Likale, Elay, Echemar, Iraupen, Arina, Elmubas, Oilgear, Safeloc, Ulma Handling, Erlo, Jamai, Fagor Arrasate, and Andrés Eizaguirre.
