Detailed Job Descriptions
IT Project Coordinator: This position involves bolstering the Information Systems Department by supporting project governance alongside business and IT teams, as well as integrators, to ensure smooth deployment and high-quality deliverables. Key responsibilities include assisting the project manager with overall ERP project tracking, monitoring action progress, coordinating communication among teams, participating in requirement gathering, and supporting users during testing phases. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Information Systems or Project Management, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in project management or ERP environments.
HRIS Consultant: Attached to the HR Department, the HRIS Consultant will operate within a multi-subsidiary, multi-site environment, overseeing the complete HRIS lifecycle from implementation to support. This role includes deploying, configuring, and optimizing HRIS modules, gathering and analyzing HR and operational needs, drafting functional specifications, and ensuring data integrity and security. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience as an HRIS Consultant, preferably in an industrial setting.
