The primary responsibilities for the Technical Sales Advisors include overseeing client files, ensuring adherence to deadlines, estimating HVAC project costs, selecting appropriate technical solutions tailored to client needs, and providing ongoing commercial support throughout the project lifecycle. Advisors will also collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure the quality of services meets Carrier’s standards, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required
