Administrative Assistant
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative activities, with a strong emphasis on reception duties, information processing, and team support. Key responsibilities include managing phone and in-person interactions with clients, partners, and visitors, filtering incoming calls, and maintaining a high level of professional service.
Further tasks involve daily administrative processing, including drafting correspondence, managing emails, filing, archiving, and updating customer databases. The ideal candidate should possess strong French language skills, have excellent interpersonal abilities, and demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in administrative assistance or call center operations is advantageous.
Integration Data Project Manager
This position focuses on overseeing data migration and quality initiatives within large-scale deployment projects. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end data integration projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and conducting workshops with business users and cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 6 to 10 years of project management experience with a robust background in data-related topics, including data migration and ETL technologies, and should possess advanced Python skills for data analysis and cleaning.
Cyber Security Specialist – AppSec
This role requires an operational profile in application security capable of participating directly in development projects under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include performing security assessments on Android and/or iOS applications, conducting APK/IPA reverse engineering, and testing runtime protections. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or a related field, relevant certifications, and at least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on application security.
