Available Positions and Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for these roles include analyzing fraud risks, managing technical incidents, and addressing cyber threats affecting the institutions under supervision. Candidates will be expected to prepare reports related to fraud in payment systems, contribute to the analysis and follow-up of fraud cases, and monitor cyber threats and technological risks associated with payment systems.
Applicants for this role should possess a postgraduate degree such as a doctorate, engineering diploma, master's degree, or equivalent, along with at least two years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or technology risk management, preferably in the financial sector. A strong understanding of payment technologies, security standards, and audit practices, alongside excellent communication and analytical skills, is essential.
Additionally, a Banking Accounting Standards Specialist is also being recruited for Casa Finance City, referenced as SNCB/DSB/27042026. This position involves conducting studies related to banking accounting standards and assisting in the development of associated regulatory texts. Candidates should have a strong background in accounting concepts, tax knowledge, and familiarity with IFRS and AAOIFI standards, with similar experience requirements as the previous position.
Lastly, two on-site Controllers will be hired at Casa Finance City under the reference CSP/DSB/27042026. These roles involve conducting on-site inspections of institutions subject to banking laws, focusing on governance, risk management, and operational controls.
